Our Story
Bear Creek Wines was started in 2017 by Alan and Shelly Lingenfelter. We built our winery on our beautiful horse farm in the little town of Highland, PA (outskirts of Kane) and our official grand opening was in April 2018. We have two outlet stores - one at Elk View Benezette at the top of Winslow Hill (2879 Winslow Hill Road) and the second at Lick ‘n Sip, 38 W. Main Street, Mt. Jewett, PA. Our outdoor area has been beautified by the addition of a patio complete with a firepit, a pavilion, and a stage for outdoor entertainers!
We love hosting paint and sips, musicians, and small events such as a bridal or baby shower, or a company party. Our tasting room can be arranged to seat up to twelve.
